Hyderabad, Dec. 27 -- : The 359th Prakash Utsav (birth anniversary) of Guru Gobind Singh , the tenth and last Sikh Guru and founder of the Khalsa Panth, was celebrated with devotion, gaiety, and religious fervour by Sikhs and people of other faiths across Telangana on Saturday.

Devotees offered prayers to Guru Granth Sahib at various Sikh Gurudwaras, marking the occasion that commemorates the life and teachings of the great Guru, who stood for peace, justice, equality, and communal harmony.

The main concluding programme was organised under the aegis of the Prabandhak Committee, Central Gurudwara Saheb, Gowliguda in the city.
