Patna, Dec. 13 -- In a major administrative reshuffle, the Bihar government on Friday transferred 35 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
According to a notification issued late this evening, Mayank Varwade, Project Director at Bihar Education Project Council, Patna, has been posted to the Planning and Development Department.
Dharmendra Kumar, awaiting posting, has been appointed Director, Social Security, Bihar, Patna. Upendra Prasad, Additional Secretary in the General Administration Department, is now Additional Secretary, Labour Resources and Migrant Workers Welfare Department. Naveen Kumar Singh, Additional Secretary in the Social Welfare Department, has been posted as Director, Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna.
