Hyderabad, March 8 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday said that the state will provide a 33 percent reservation for women in elections soon.
Laying the foundation stone for Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women's University here the CM hoped that the students of the University would utilise the reservation and represent people.
He said Women have leadership capabilities and can prove their sincerity by standing as a role model.
Naming a Women's University after Veeranari Chakali Ilamma is a big tribute to Telangana, he said.
