Bhopal, May 24 -- Thirty-three fresh instances of novel coronavirus infection were detected over the past 24 hours in Madhya Pradesh on analysis of 5,509 samples even as only 18 individuals recuperated during the period under review thereby raising the number of active cases to 289.
"The positivity is 0.60 per cent and the recovery percentage 98.70," Home Minister and state government spokesman Narottam Mishra told the press here on Tuesday.
