New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- A 32-year-old man allegedly died by suicide at his in-law's home in southeast Delhi's Badarpur area after his wife declined to reconcile following a matrimonial dispute, police said on Monday.
According to police, the incident took place on Sunday morning, after which the Badarpur police station received a PCR call about a domestic dispute at a house in Gautampuri.
A police team was dispatched to the crime scene, where they found Ajab Singh, who was a resident of Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahar, dead in a room on the first floor.
During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that Singh had come to Delhi to convince his wife, Pushpa, to return with him.
