New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today flagged off 300 new electric DEVi from East Vinod Nagar bus depot, with the rationalised routes for areas in the Trans Yamuna region of the national capital. With the help of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, the bus routes have been rationalised so that connectivity reaches from border areas to the innermost parts of the region.
According to the CM, these 300 buses are not just about numbers, but their routes have been rationalised so they actually reach people across trans Yamuna region, enhancing connectivity for remote areas.
