Srinagar, Dec. 27 -- The Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday detained three over ground workers (OGWs) in Shopian district of the union territory under the stringent Public Safety Act (PSA), officials said.
The PSA allows detention without trial up to two years.
Police identified the three arrested as Owais Ahmad Lone, Mashooq Ahmad Shah, and Subzar Ahmad Gani, all residents of Shopian.
"The detenues were found repeatedly involved in activities prejudicial to the security of the State.
