Dharamshala, Dec. 30 -- The third-phase state-level PPT competition under Young Leaders Dialogue-2026 was held at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala, with the participation of 240 selected students from across the state.
Vice-Chancellor Acharya Sat Prakash Bansal, addressing the participants, said the initiative is not merely a competition but a platform for nurturing future leadership by integrating vision, innovation and ethical values.
He highlighted the importance of balanced development of mind and intellect, entrepreneurship, start-up culture, innovation-driven research and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence for building Viksit Bharat @2047.
