Gaya, April 8 -- Cash, appliances and gadgets worth Rs 23 lakhs were stolen from an Electronic shop near Chandauti Chowck under Rampur police station area in Gaya district late last night.
Police said here today that four criminals barged into an electronic shop of one Prakash Srivastav after cutting its shutter. A total of Rs 2.79 lakh in cash, electronic gadgets and appliances were stolen by them, police added.
"Stolen cash, appliances and gadgets are estimated to be of Rs 23 lakhs", police said adding that raids were being carried out to nab them on the basis of CCTV footage.
An FIR had been registered at concerned police station in this connection, police further added.
