Jammu, Oct. 12 -- As many as 22 passengers were fined for travelling without ticket in the Banihal-Katra section of Jammu Division.
The railway spokesman here today said that the Jammu Division, under the direction of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Uchit Singhal, conducted various campaigns to ensure excellent service to all passengers.
To ensure quality food, pure drinking water, and clean toilets, ticket checking drives are conducted at stations and trains to curb ticketless and irregular travel, he said.
