Betul (MP), Aug. 28 -- Twenty-one pilgrims from Nagpur were injured, five critically, after the mini bus they were travelling in overturned in Betul district of Madhya Pradesh early this morning.

The pilgrims, all women, were on their way to Narmadapuram to take a holy dip in the Narmada River when the accident occurred. Among the critically injured is a 10-year-old girl.

Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr Manoj Hurmade dispatched ambulances to the accident site, ensuring the injured were rushed to the District Hospital. He also reached the hospital to oversee treatment.
