Mathura/ Vrindavan, Jan. 2 -- : Over 2.5 million devotees have visited Mathura and Vrindavan since December 25. This was disclosed by Mathura District Magistrate (DM) CP Singh on Friday.
He said pilgrims started reaching different temples from December 25 and is still continuing. "Until yesterday, approximately 2.5 million devotees visited our world-famous temples in Vrindavan, Barsana, Govardhan, Baldev, Gokul, and Mathura-including the Shri Banke Bihari Temple, Shri Radha Rani Temple in Barsana, Giriraj Ji's Dan Ghati Temple, Janmabhoomi (birthplace of Lord Krishna), Dwarkadhish Temple, Dauji Temple in Baldev, and other famous temples," the DM disclosed.
