Itanagar, July 24 -- In a significant boost to peace and reconciliation efforts in Arunachal Pradesh, two 'misguided' youths of the state, formerly associated with the underground outfit 'United Tani Army,' on Thursday surrendered before the state authorities, choosing to abandon insurgency and reintegrate into mainstream society.
