Palghar, Oct. 9 -- The bodies of two minor students were discovered hanging from a tree at a government ashram school in Ambiste village of Wada taluka, Palghar district, in a tragic incident that occurred between Wednesday night and Thursday.
The deceased, aged 14 and 15 years, were residents of Mokhada taluka and studied in standards nine and ten at the residential school.
According to police officials who responded to the scene, no suicide note was found near the location where the incident took place.
Preliminary investigations indicate that both students allegedly used a nylon rope to hang themselves.
