Dungarpur, March 12 -- Two persons were killed and four others injured when a private bus collided with a stationary truck on National Highway 48 in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan on Wednesday morning, police said.
According to police, the bus was on its way to Uttar Pradesh from Gujarat when it collided with a stationary truck in Bichhiwara area. Girjesh Kumar (23), a resident of Shravasti district of Uttar Pradesh, and Bharat (20), a resident of Bhilwara district, died on the spot and six passengers were injured in the accident.
On receiving information about the incident, Bichhiwara police station in-charge Kailash Soni reached the spot and admitted all the injured to the district hospital of Dungarpur from 108 ambulance.
