Sydney, Oct. 31 -- Two people have been hospitalized with gunshot wounds following a drive-by shooting south of Brisbane in the early hours of Friday morning.
The police service in the Australian state of Queensland said in a statement that emergency services were alerted that two people had been injured in a shooting in the suburb of Park Ridge, 26 km south of Brisbane, at around 1:20 a.m. on Friday.
An 18-year-old man was transported to hospital in a serious but stable condition, and a 20-year-old woman was hospitalized with injuries not considered life-threatening.
