New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- In yet another incident of security breach, a 19-year-old youth managed to enter Parliament building this morning by climbing a tree before being apprehended by security personnel.
According to the DCP, New Delhi, the accused, identified as Ram Kumar Bind, resident of Bhadohi in UP, gained entry from Rail Bhawan side. He was taken into custody and later booked by the police.
A security official said, "Around 5 am today, CISF personnel on duty at IG-3 Gate noticed a person approaching the Sansad Chowk Circle and advised him to leave the area.
