Istanbul, Oct. 29 -- Turkish police detained 18 suspects in a counterterrorism operation against the Islamic State (IS) in the northwestern province of Bursa on Tuesday, state broadcaster TRT reported.
Following an investigation into 19 suspects, police units carried out raids on several locations in the Karacabey district of Bursa, TRT reported, citing the Bursa Police Department.
Efforts are underway to locate and apprehend the remaining suspect, it added.
