Shimla, Nov. 6 -- Dr Naresh Purohit, Advisor - National Programme for Control of Blindness, said that according to WHO estimates, 153 million people worldwide live with visual impairment due to uncorrected refractive errors.
Unlike cataract, refractive errors can easily be treated with a pair of spectacles.
