Shimla, Dec. 15 -- In a moment of rare historical importance, 'Mooknayak', the 125-year-old newspaper founded by Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar to amplify the voices of the marginalised, held its second national convention on Sunday at Shimla's iconic Gaiety Theatre.

The gathering stood as a powerful symbol of more than a century of journalistic resistance against caste oppression and social injustice, while also reaffirming the continued relevance of Babasaheb Dr B.R. Ambedkar's ideals in contemporary India.
