Thiruvananthapuram, July 27 -- The Kerala Government's decision to sanction a 100 per cent subsidy for various initiatives in the Khadi sector will enhance safety, stability, and employment, said Khadi and Village Industries Board Vice Chairman P. Jayarajan.

Welcoming the Government order permitting Local Self-Government institutions to provide full subsidy support, the Vice Chairman said the move would offer significant relief to workers - especially youth and women engaged in the industry.
