Lucknow, Nov. 21 -- The ten-day Khadi Mahotsav 2025 beginning November 21 here will feature over 160 entrepreneurs from different districts of the state who will display and sell their products, including carved wooden furniture, carpets and leather goods among other things.
To be held at Central Sanskrit University, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, the Mahotsav aims to promote local entrepreneurship, open new markets for traditional arts and khadi-based industries, and boost rural self-reliance.
Scheduled from Nov 21-30, the festival will celebrate the rich heritage of khadi, village industries, handicrafts, and local art, providing them a prominent platform for wider recognition.
