Una(HP), Jan. 16 -- Under the Public Distribution System, 1,43,951 ration card holders in the district are being benefited through 326 fair price shops. This information was given by Additional Deputy Commissioner Mahendra Pal Gurjar on Friday while presiding over the quarterly review meeting of the Public Distribution System held in his chamber.
He said that Una district includes 84,283 consumers in the APL category, 18,790 in the BPL category, 9977 under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana, and 30,901 primary household consumers. He informed that KYC has been completed for all ration card holders in Una district.
