Patna, May 18 -- Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor said on Sunday that his party would not allow return of "Jungle Raj" or BJP getting chance to rule the state in next Bihar assembly elections slated for October-November this year. Kishor told media persons here that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was not in a position to take decision on his own due to poor health conditions. Taking advantage of poor health conditions of Kumar, BJP was trying to capture power in Bihar in next Assembly elections, but his party would not allow it to happen at any cost, he affirmed.
