Hyderabad, March 12 -- GoCoop Livelihoods Foundation, in partnership with Access Development Services, hosted 'Weaving the Future - A Colloquium on the Handloom Sector' at Banjara Hills on Tuesday.
The event brought together policymakers, weavers, and industry experts to address challenges in the handloom sector and explore solutions for its growth, a release said here on Wednesday.
Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary (ITE&C), delivered the keynote address, emphasizing technology's role in strengthening the handloom industry. Experts discussed fair market access, e-commerce integration, and stakeholder collaboration to boost artisan livelihoods.
