Thiruvananthapuram, March 21 -- Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar said 'Viksit Bharat' or developed India is a more holistic one, involving social and spiritual dimensions of the people and not merely an economic concept alone.
Interacting with the participants of the 'Jagriti Yatra' from Kerala at Raj Bhavan here on Friday, the Governor said youth have to become job givers and not job seekers.
He said small towns and villages of the country can become centers of innovation and engines of growth - if provided with the right entrepreneurial mindset and support.
Observing that enterprise-driven development is critical in meeting India's objective of becoming a developed country by the year 2047.
