Dharamshala, Sept. 27 -- Mera Yuva Bharat, Kangra (Himachal Pradesh), in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Shimla Circle, organized a "Swachhata Hi Seva" campaign at the historic Shiv Temple complex in Baijnath.
The nationwide cleanliness drive, observed from September 17 to October 2, 2025, will culminate on Gandhi Jayanti as "Swachhata Diwas."As part of the campaign, a cleanliness shramdaan was conducted at the temple premises on September 25, with active participation from around 70 students, along with their teachers and ASI staff.
To promote creativity and awareness among students, ASI also organized painting and rangoli competitions.
