Los Angeles, June 1 -- The end for 'Stranger Things' is nigh, as Netflix confirmed the release date for its long-awaited fifth and final edition in its cryptic teaser.

Releasing in late December, the finale will arrive in three parts - launching November 26, continuing on December 25, and concluding on December 31.

Created by the Duffer Brothers, the show is returning with its full cast, with actors David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, Sadie Sink, and Finn Wolfhard reprising their roles. The iconic 'Terminator' star Linda Hamilton is also set to join the show in an as of yet cryptic and enigmatic role.
