Hyderabad, March 24 -- Telangana Minister for Revenue, Housing and Information & Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Tuesday announced that long-pending "Sadabainama" applications in the state will be resolved at the earliest, with a simplified process now in place.

Replying to a question raised by Legislative Council member Nellikanti Satyam, the Minister said that although the previous BRS government had accepted applications since 2020, it failed to establish a proper mechanism for their resolution under the ROR Act.

He noted that while the issue was later addressed under the "Bhu Bharathi" Act, the requirement of affidavits from both buyer and seller created practical hurdles.
