Imphal, Dec. 8 -- The Manipur Transport Department on Monday launched a three-day refresher course for Manipur State Transport (MST) drivers and conductors with a strong emphasis on safety, modernisation and service quality.

Speaking at the inaugural event at the Institute of Drivers Training and Research Centre (IDTRC), Top Dussara, Imphal East, Anurag Bajpai, Chief Wildlife Warden and Additional Chief Secretary (Transport), said the programme reflects the government's firm commitment to strengthening the foundations of public transport in Manipur.
