Belagavi, April 19 -- Jagadish Shettar, the BJP candidate from the Belagavi parliamentary constituency, has expressed serious concerns over the "increasing Jihadi activities in Karnataka."

He attributed this rise to the appeasement policies of the Congress government, alleging a collapse of law and order in the state.

Addressing the public in Belagavi on Friday, Shettar criticised the state government for its failure to maintain law and order, highlighting recent incidents that have shaken public confidence.
