Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- Shiv Sena (Thackeray faction) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Friday cautioned party workers that if genuine voters fail to remain vigilant during polling, bogus votes could help establish power "that may alter the very face of Mumbai" over the next five years.

Thackeray was speaking at the Malvani Festival, organised by the Shiv Sena branch in Magathane. Although primarily a cultural event, his presence gave the gathering a distinctly political tone.
