Srinagar, April 13 -- A day after Jammu & Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) filed a charge sheet against 22 individuals including sitting Member of Parliament Aga Ruhullah in an alleged land compensation fraud case, the National Conference leader termed it a "tactics" to "silence" him due to his opposition to the revocation of Article 370 and BJP policies.
The ACB on Saturday filed a chargesheet before the Special Anti-Corruption Court in Srinagar against 22 accused, including sitting MP, two former Collectors of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA), four retired public servants, and 16 beneficiaries, in a land compensation fraud case dating back to 2009.
