New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- The 'Breath of Change - Clean Air, Blue Skies' campaign has mobilised over 200,000 people across Delhi to take the Vayu Mitra Pledge, committing to cleaner air and sustainable living, according to a statement from the union Environment Ministry here.
Spearheaded by WWF-India's EIACP Programme Centre with support from the Environment Ministry and the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), the initiative ran vibrant awareness drives from June to early September 2025.
Engaging diverse groups-from school students and teachers to commuters, RWAs, and local communities-the campaign held over 25 workshops and events in nine pollution hotspots such as Narela, Bawana, Rohini, and Anand Vihar in the national capital.
