Mumbai, April 17 -- The 'breakthrough' in the 1.65 km long underground tunnel of Metro Route 7A from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (T2) to Andheri East, proposed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority, was successfully completed in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday.
Minister of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mangal Prabhat Lodha, MLA Parag Alwani, Metropolitan Commissioner of Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Sanjay Mukherjee and Additional Metropolitan Commissioner Ashwin Mudgal were present.
Chief Minister Fadnavis initially learned about the project from the officials.
