New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- In a major breakthrough, the Special Cell of Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested Mahfooz Ali, alias Bobby Kabootar, a key person linked to several high-profile criminal cases, including the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
An official said Kabootar, who had been absconding for his alleged involvement in the chilling murder of two brothers last December, was apprehended in Mahipalpur during a covert operation by the police.
According to the police, Kabootar was being sought for his alleged involvement in the murder of two brothers who were shot 48 times in Northeast Delhi last December. He was taken into custody while traveling in an SUV with a female companion and two other men.
