New Delhi, Jan. 2 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday said in a post on X that strict action has been initiated against fake news allegedly spread by the Aam Aadmi Party regarding the education sector, asserting that the government will not tolerate attempts to mislead the public.
In the post, the Chief Minister said the Education Department has lodged a formal complaint at the Civil Lines police station in the matter.
She stated that the alleged misinformation was a serious and deliberate attempt to demoralise dedicated teachers and to create distrust among the public about Delhi's education system.
