Khulna, April 7 -- A youth who was injured in an attack by some criminals in Khulna died on Monday at Khulna Medical College Hospital.

The deceased was Palash, a resident of Motlaber Moor area of the city.

According to hospital sources, Palash was brought to Khulna Medical College Hospital for treatment on Sunday night and breathed his at around 8:15 am on Monday.

Criminals attacked Palash with sharp weapons at the Eid fair organised at the United Nations Children's Park at Shantidham More in Khulna, leaving him seriously wounded.
