Cumilla, April 25 -- A young man died after falling off the rooftop of a building at Miapara in Laksham upazila on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Kamal Hossain, 21, son of Oliullah of the area.

Manoj Kumar Dey, officer-in-charge of Laksham Police Station, said Kamal suddenly fell from the rooftop of the three-story building and died on the spot.

However, it is still not clear whether it is an accident or a suicide.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to local hospital morgue for autopsy.
