Bangladesh, Sept. 27 -- A writ petition was filed with the High Court on Sunday seeking its directives to the Ministry of Health to implement the 25-point recommendation of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) after identifying 11 areas of corruption in the Health Service Division.

Supreme Court lawyer Ishrat Hasan and lawyer Md Aminur Rahman Chowdhury filed the writ petition .

Two secretaries of the health ministry, director general of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) and six others have been made respondents to the writ.

The writ petition sought a directive to submit in the form of a report to the court on what action has been taken about the recommendations.
