, Nov. 15 -- A violent clash erupted on Saturday evening at Barishal Central Nothullabad Bus Terminal between students and transport workers over student half-fare, leaving over 50 people injured and one bus set on fire.
According to Airport Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mamun Ul Islam, BM College students claimed around 25 of them were hurt in attacks by transport workers. Meanwhile, transport workers reported that 20-25 of their members were seriously injured during the confrontation, and more than 50 buses were vandalized.
