Dhaka, July 2 -- A memorial meeting honouring the life and contributions of veteran politician and freedom fighter Mostafa Mohsin Montu was held on Wednesday at the National Press Club auditorium in the capital.
The event was organised by fellow combatants from the 1971 Liberation War, who described Montu as a steadfast comrade in both the battlefield and the democratic movement that followed.
Dr Kamal Hossain, the principal architect of Bangladesh's 1972 Constitution, attended the event as the chief guest.
