, Jan. 13 -- A Dhaka court on Tuesday set February 2 for delivering its verdict in a case filed over the misuse of power in securing a 10-katha government plot in the Purbachal area of the capital against Sheikh Hasina, her niece UK MP Tulip Siddiq and 15 others.

Judge of the Dhaka Special Judge Court-4 Rabiul Alam fixed the date after hearing the law-point arguments in the case.

Only one accused of the case. former RAJUK official Khurshid Alam, was produced before the court while the others remained absconding.

So far, 31 witnesses gave their deposition in the case.

The court also fixed January 18 for hearing another case over Rajuk plot scam against 18 people including Sheikh Hasina and her family members.
