, Jan. 4 -- Police and members of the CSF on Sunday detained two men for their suspicious movement near the Gulshan residence of BNP's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gulshan Police Station Rakibul Hasan said Md Ruhul Amin, 46, from Matlab South upazila in Chandpur, was seen taking photographs of the residence and nearby vehicles from different angles on Sunday morning.

His movements raised suspicion, prompting law enforcement to question and subsequently detain him.

Shortly thereafter, another man, Md Omar Faruk, was held in the same area. A body search recovered two small packets of cannabis from him.
