Chattogram, Feb. 3 -- Two people were killed and two others injured in a road accident at Faujdarhat in Sitakunda upazila of Chattogram early Monday.

The deceased were identified as Anwar Mia, 62, and Rahima Begum, 60, both residents of Narayanganj.

According to highway police, three microbuses from Narayanganj were heading towards Cox's Bazar and one of them crashed into a stationary truck near Faujdarhat Cadet College in Banglabazar area, leaving Anwar, who was traveling in the microbus, dead and three others injured.
