Meherpur, April 27 -- Police recovered two hand grenades from a government primary school in Gangni upazila of Meherpur district on Sunday morning.
The explosives, wrapped in red scotch tape, were found around 9 am on the third-floor corridor of Raipur Government Primary School in the upazila, causing panic among teachers and students.
On information, police recovered the grenades and defused them by placing them in a bucket filled with water.
