Dhaka, Aug. 27 -- Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Tuesday said the government is keeping an eye on people trying to manipulate the Rohingya issue.

"Action will be taken against them at proper time," he told a meeting organised by Jubo Mohila League on the National Mourning Day at Awami League central office in the city.

He trashed claims that Rohingyas will never leave Bangladesh.

Quader said the government is working to repatriate Rohingyas who are staying in Bangladesh for the time being.
