, May 27 -- Secretariat employees who have been demanding the repeal of the Public Service (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 suspended their Wednesday's protest following a meeting with three secretaries.
After the meeting held at the Ministry of Land on Tuesday afternoon, Senior Secretary of the ministry ASM Saleh Ahmed told reporters that discussions were held with the protesting employees but there has been no concrete decision yet.
"We have listened to their demands and will convey those to the Cabinet Secretary," Saleh Ahmed said, adding, "They have no programme tomorrow. They have suspended their movement for the time being. They want to observe what decision the government takes next. There is no conflict among us.we all are colleagues...
