Dhaka, June 26 -- anticipated Punjabi film Sardaar Ji 3, starring Diljit Dosanjh, may skip theatrical release in India following backlash against the makers for casting popular Pakistani actress Hania Aamir. However, the film is all set to hit cinema screens across Pakistan in line with its international release.

According to an Instagram post by Pakistani cinema chain Cinegold Plex, Sardaar Ji 3 will release in the country on Friday, June 27.
