SEOUL, South Korea, April 30 -- Samsung Electronics reported a record-high consolidated revenue of 79.14 trillion won ($56 billion) for the January-March quarter, driven by strong sales of its flagship Galaxy S25 and other premium smartphones.

The tech giant's operating profit rose slightly to 6.7 trillion won ($4.7 billion), up from 6.61 trillion won ($4.6 billion) in the same period last year, reports AP.
